Governance & Management - March 25

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Attendees will identify key elements associated with a quality board leading their school to excellence and develop a plan to recruit the right board members. Training will also address key board member competencies and principal legal issues that all development teams and school boards should be aware of. Attendees will leave this session with an understanding of what is expected in a charter school proposal related to governance and school management.
