Let’s Talk “Change” Seminars was established in 1991 to assist organizations and learning institutions facilitate and sustain workplace atmospheres that ensure positive interpersonal relationships, enhance personal self-image, continue personal growth, and promote healthy and productive teamwork.
The founder, Dr. Janice M. Ridley, has been involved in education and research for 30+ years and recognizes there are certain characteristics of high performing schools that are crucial for success:
first and foremost is a high level of collaboration and communication among all within the school environment. It is important for everybody to be involved and connected to each other while identifying problems and working on solutions for the benefit of school goals and student achievement. Let’s Talk will assist your school strengthen that human connection.
