Session: Measuring things that truly matter: the art of KPI's

Jason is responsible for providing leadership, operating direction and coordination throughout the Center. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for the oversight and evaluation of schools authorized by the University. Prior to joining the Center in his current role, Jason was a founder and the chief academic officer for a charter public school in Northern Michigan serving an at-risk PreK through 12th-grade student population. He also served as vice president at the National Charter Schools Institute, held various roles at the Charter Schools Institute of the State University of New York, and has supported the work of schools and authorizers across the country as an independent consultant. Jason began his career in the classroom as a high school social studies teacher.
