Session: Changing the charter school narrative through digital storytelling
Kerri Barrett is the principal at West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science. She feels very fortunate to have led this school for the past 7 school years. Throughout this time, WMAES has increased enrollment by over 200 students, built a brand new elementary building, and just finished construction on a new Early Childhood Center. In 2015, she was recognized by Choice Schools Associates as their school leader of the year, and was nominated as a top 5 finalist for MAPSA's 2019 Administrator of the Year award.

A: I am excited to collaborate with charter school leaders to continue to improve how we impact our students.
