Our candidates are teachers of record from Day One, earning an Interim Teaching Certificate and receiving 1:1 coaching while building the skills and confidence to thrive. As part of the program, our enrolled candidates have a curriculum they are required to complete to demonstrate their proficiency in the High Leverage Practices (HLPs). We are always interested in new course offerings that align with our HLPs and drive engagement with our educators. The Professional Innovators in Education program is run on the Mighty Network software application. All courses are offered inside this platform for our teacher candidates during their program. All courses have a private feed to post updates and announcements and engaging content in addition to the required lessons.
