Across the nation, the educator shortage is impacting students every day. With fewer human resources, teachers are stretched thin - and kids need educators more than ever as we work to address the lingering impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We believe that great education is rooted in one thing: passion, and that many people can help us address the teacher shortage while also discovering a new career that gives back in the most important way - making a difference in a student's life.
