The JROTC program at Chandler Park Academy includes classroom instruction and laboratory instruction in the history, customs, traditions, and purpose of Army JROTC, including the development of basic leadership skills to include leadership principles, values, and attributes.

Students in the cosmetology program learn hands-on cosmetology skills. Students run a hair salon open to the public where 2nd year and up students take clients. Students in this program compete in the Skills USA competition against other students around the state in the cosmetology field.

Students in the CNA program learn hands-on basic nursing practices. Students learn the necessary skills to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and become licensed through their coursework. .

Students in the mechatronics program receive hands-on training in hydraulics, pneumatics, motor control, AC/DC electrical systems, welding, mechanical drives, and more. Additionally, students get a chance to see each of these being used in the real-world industry.

Rising Stars Academy is a charter public school for adults with disabilities ages 18-26. Their culinary arts program provides students with the opportunity to learn hands-on skills in the kitchen.
