Education Management & Networks, Inc. (“EMAN”), is a full service management company with a combined experience of over sixty years providing high quality operational services to schools in Michigan and beyond.
We work to continuously improve the standard of education being delivered with the goal of creating graduates who have the highest proficiencies and skills necessary to succeed in post-graduation activities. We seek to raise the expectations and goals of all stakeholders – from students and their families to academy staff and administration to the communities at large wherein our clients are located – all while assisting our clients to run on strong, fiscally sound business practices that enable them to excel while still heavily weighing the decision making process towards students’ education.
Education Management & Networks, Inc. (EMAN) was founded with the intention to work with schools that create environments where all students will flourish and we believe the most successful schools are those where each child experiences an educational program designed to evoke academic excellence.
Our dedicated team, with sixty years of experience in education, specializes in providing a comprehensive array of support services for the charter school industry. We work closely with school boards, leadership and staff and have close ties with the State of Michigan, authorizers, and other charter school organizations. Although we suggest full management services, we can and will provide a la carte services and work with existing school vendors including human resource firms, legal counsel, and food service providers.

How does your organization help with student achievement?
EMAN recognizes every one of its clients has varied needs – needs based on the diverse students and families making up each of their school populations. Our goal is to ensure our clients effectively implement their chosen programs or we assist them with finding the “right-fit” curriculum. Our clients have access to all our services to support and promote academic growth including, but not limited to: • curriculum development based on client’s educational model and alignment to Michigan Grade Level Content Expectations and Common Core Standards • preparation of lesson plans for staff as needed • preparation of academy administration, staff and students for State and Federal assessments including administration of those assessments • development of formative and summative assessments to monitor and improve achievement, analyze student data for creation of differentiated learning plans and provide academic progress reports critical for staff and parents • provide students with access to online courses and computerized instructional software • provide additional educational and instructional materials as needed • provide ESL, para-professional and special education services as needed • ensure small class sizes to maximize effective staff-to-student ratios
