The School Leader is key to Educational Equity one school at a time.  Educational Equity is the only pathway to eradicate racism and to guarantee every child, regardless of race, sex, economic condition, disability, trauma, or other special needs, a high quality education.  The Board of Directors sets the equity agenda through Policy, budget, oversight, and accountability.  We offer a free Educational Equity School Walkthrough Audit for the opportunity to share our services with the Board of Directors.  Let’s share phone numbers and begin the courageous conversations to tackle equity and racism.  We all have something to learn.
