Serving as the Director for Membership Services, Heather has a long history of working in the charter movement. Her work began at the Central Michigan University Charter Schools Office and then moved to MAPSA in 1997. A graduate of Central Michigan University holding a degree in business administration. She continues to thoroughly enjoy working with members on all different facets, but absolutely loves when she is able to help facilitate collaboration among members. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her husband and 3 children whether it be at sporting events or family vacations.
